Unlike traditional single joint exercises, you will be challenged to work multiple muscle groups at the same time. Using low impact compound moves you will create core stability and improve endurance all while moving through various planes of motion. 

Make fitness fun using a large variety of fitness equipment provided such as weights, bands, balls, bosu, gliding disc and more.
